aemarTrading Company specializes in frozen California Squid, Pacific Mackerel, Pacific Sardine, and the Northern Anchovy. We act as processor, wholesaler and exporter of fish and seafood caught in the coastal waters of Southern California, U.S.A. and Baja California, Mexico.

We have been exporting frozen fish and seafood around the world for over 20 years. All of the fish and seafood products are caught with day boats using the purse seine method and are land frozen.

The processing facilities follow strict HACCP guidelines and are European Union approved.
